What You Need

Documents

• Passport (minimum 6 months validity recommended)
• Passport-size photo with white background
• Confirmed onward flight ticket to a third country
• Hotel booking in Dubai (1 night)
• Flight booking through UAE airline:
  • Emirates
  • Etihad Airways
  • flydubai
  • Air Arabia

The visa must usually be arranged through the airline

   • Original passport
   • Minimum 6 months validity
   • At least 1 blank page
2. Passport-size Photo
   • White background
   • Recent color photo
3. Confirmed Flight Tickets
   • Incoming flight to Dubai
   • Onward/connecting ticket to another country
     (Transit visa requires travel to a third destination.)
4. Visa for Final Destination (if required)
   • Example: if your next country needs a visa, provide it.
5. Hotel Booking
   • 1 night reservation in Dubai
   • Sometimes not mandatory if staying with relatives, but recommended
6. National ID Copy
   • Bangladesh NID copy (sometimes requested by agents/airlines)

Sample 1-Day Dubai Transit Plan

Day 1

Morning

• Arrive at Dubai International Airport (DXB)
• Hotel check-in

Afternoon

• Visit Burj Khalifa
• Explore Dubai Mall

Evening

• Dubai Fountain show
• Dinner at Dubai Marina

Night

• Return to hotel

Day 2

• Airport transfer
• Continue onward flight

Transit visa is not extendable. You must have an onward ticket to another country. If you stay inside airport transit area only, many travelers do not need a transit visa.
